Perfect and comfy location, restaurants and casinos close to the hotel. Found in the good area.

Everything was good at this enchanting hotel. The family room we stayed in was terrific with nice pillows and comfy chair, for example. Breakfast with many selections to choose from and also waffles. Easy setting, close to restaurants and casinos. Appreciated good area. Wonderful experience there.

Not very friendly staff!

The staff here greeted me warmly as I checked in. The location is convenient for getting to local attractions and restaurants. I found the bed quite comfortable, made for a pleasant night's sleep. The cleanliness left much to be desired. The floors felt grimy, and I noticed some dirt lingering in the corners. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the room cool, but it was noisy and kept me awake at times. One big disappointment was the pool area. It looked uninviting and poorly maintained. I encountered issues with the check-in process being a bit slow. The breakfast options were limited and did not meet my expectations. While I appreciated certain aspects like the staff's friendliness and room comfort, I think improvements in cleanliness and amenities would significantly enhance the experience.

The room felt cozy, and the air conditioning worked well, a definite plus. The carpet had a weird smell, and it seemed like housekeeping rushed through cleaning. Some areas could've used more attention, like proper towel replenishment. It was decent enough for a short stay.

The carpets in the hallways have an off-putting smell, which detracts from the overall ambiance. Housekeeping appears a bit sporadic, as it seemed they only checked for cleanliness once and missed cleaning when the Do Not Disturb sign was up. The pool area was poorly maintained, resembling a virtual swamp and completely unusable , a letdown when looking to unwind after a long day.

The location was fantastic for our trip, close to everything we wanted to see. The carpets reeked of smoke, uncomfortable 🌬️. Hopefully, they can improve on cleaning!
